We have an exciting 2026 season of BBQs, public events, and great food and fun coming up! Our annual BBQ and Celebration events begin in March, with our inaugural Vietnam War Veterans Day celebration on Sunday, March 29th, 2026, beginning at noon! On Sunday, July 26th, American Legion South Bay Post 184 will be celebrating our Korean War Armistice Day BBQ. Watch this space for all the details!
You can expect great BBQ’s & celebrations throughout the year, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and of course, Veterans Day. All of these BBQ celebrations are very popular, and we thank everyone in advance for your support and participation. Each of these events includes potlucks, all of which are donated by volunteers. Volunteers are always appreciated and needed, and volunteers are the backbone of any great organization. What a great effort our volunteers put into each and every event! Thanks in advance to all of the volunteers who make these events successful.
Just a reminder that we maintain a shared calendar where we post everything that’s going on at Post 184, like the monthly Unit meetings, along with all of these events.
