What a great season of BBQs, public events, and great food and fun. Our annual BBQ and Celebration events are coming to a close as Fall approaches, but we have our very special Veterans Day celebration coming in November. Our annual Independence Day, Labor Day, and Memorial Day Celebrations were all very popular, and we thank everyone for your support and participation. Each of these events included potlucks, all of which were donated by volunteers. Our volunteers are always appreciated and needed, and they outdid themselves this year. **NEW** for 2025 was our inaugural Korean War Veterans Day event, which was very well attended. It was a very special day here at Post 184.

The American Legion Children’s Hospital 2025 Blood Drive is all set, and we are asking for everyone’s support! Held in the American Legion Post 184 Parking Lot, Located at 412 Camino Real in Redondo Beach on FRIDAY, September 19th, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Just added!! It’s the Marine Corps 250th Birthday, and to Honor and Celebrate, Post 184 is holding a traditional Cake Cutting Ceremony on Monday, November 10th at 6:30 PM. All are welcome to come and celebrate The Marine Corps 250th birthday! CLICK HERE for the event page!
Our annual Veteran’s Day BBQ is scheduled and ready to go! Come celebrate and honor our Veterans by joining us on Tuesday, November 11th from 12 PM to 3 PM!
