The American Legion Post 184 has a Canteen for the use of our membership and their guests. The Canteen is open from noon to ten P. M. Sunday through Thursday. Also from noon to midnight Friday and Saturdays. All members of the American Legion and guests are welcome to our Canteen. Our Canteen, in compliance with California law, is a non-smoking facility. All guests must be signed in at the bar as a guest and must leave the Canteen when their host leaves to comply with Alcohol Beverage Control laws.

The American Legion Post has a hall it rents to the public and to it's members. The hall can accommodate one hundred fifty (150) people. A rental includes the use of the hall for a seven (7) hour period, security personnel, cleanup of the hall after the event and the use of our tables and chairs. There is a commercial size kitchen for the use of the renters and/or their caterers but the rentor/caterer must clean the kitchen after the event. Setting up and decorating the hall is not considered part of the rent time. During a scheduled "ABC catered" event children are allowed (not encouraged) into the Canteen but cannot be "served from" or "be at" the bar.

Non-Profit Organizations or Community Events

The American Legion Post has a backyard BBQ it rents to the public and to it's members. The yard can accommodate fifty (50) people. A rental includes the use of the yard for a three (4) hour period, cleanup of the yard after the event and the use of our tables and chairs. Limited off street parking is available. During a scheduled "ABC catered" event children are allowed (not encouraged) into the Canteen but cannot be "served from" or "be at" the bar. Contact the Post for availability and rates.
