A cancellation after ten days prior to event, no return will be made except for the security Fee.
No underage (under 21) coming out parties, dances, birthday parties, or High school graduations permitted. If an underage (under 21) party is contracted under false or misleading pretense, we will close down the party with the help of the police and no rent money will be refunded.

No alcoholic beverages may be brought in or consumed on the property that are not purchased from Legion Post 184. Under no circumstances will anyone under twenty-one (21) years old be provided or consume alcoholic beverages in or on Legion Post 184 premises. Anyone violating these conditions will be asked to leave the Post immediately, State of California Alcoholic Beverage Control rulings.

The contract rents the use of our hall for seven (7) hours, tables and chairs and includes cleanup of the hall and security for the event. A commercial sized kitchen is available for the renter but the renter is responsible for the clean up of the kitchen. No decorations are to be taped or stapled to the walls or ceiling, use hooks provided for attaching any decorations.
The renter assumes full financial responsibility for any damages and/or theft of Legion Post 184 property or injury to other persons caused by renter and his/her guests. Renter guarantees such damages with the three hundred dollar ($300.00 security deposit that will be refunded if no damages occur. Security deposit will be refunded within seventy-two (72) hours following your event. This contract is not transferable to any other party.
